In this email, I’m going to go over how you can launch a paid community and make your first online sale

Step 1 - Grow your free community to 100+ members first

Step 2 - Make a post inside your free community that you are going to be giving Free 1-1 coaching to the next 5 people who DM you "ready"

Your going to create a second group, this will be for you paying members

Now you will have 5+ people who DMed you. Let them all in, (2nd group) up to 10, the only letting 5 people in is just to create urgency. You are going to create a second community on skool, Make it private and ask the people who wanted 1-1 coaching to join

Now here is the framework to building a valuable paid community

Whatever the skill you know is teach these 5 people everything you know over calls do this in the first week

Now that these 5 people understand the process of whatever your teaching you are going to have them outline their journey day by day until they reach the desired outcome. Then when people pay to join that community you will have a frame work that they can follow day by day to ensure they are successful as well as 5+ people who are engaging everyday that will be able to help these people.

To keep this organized, in your community settings go to categories and make individual categories for each person you are giving them 1-1 coaching to.

Once your paid community is built you are going to promote your free group until you get 1,000 members in your free group, then make a post in your free group that you are offering a premium version of the course with testimonials of the people you gave 1-1 coaching too (ask them to make a video)
