Don’t Become a Geek in the Chaos

Your health is the most important thing in the world. It’s essential that you work out every single day.

The path to success is filled with never-ending work and chaos. You go to sleep, only to wake up with more work. Every day, your to-do list starts fresh at zero, and it feels like a never-ending cycle. There’s always something to do, and that’s what success looks and feels like. This is the reality of the journey.

But in all this chaos, it’s easy to let your health slip. If you lose your health, even with all the money in the world, none of it will be worth it. The work, the money, the riches—none of it matters if you let yourself become unhealthy, or as I like to say, a "geek." That’s why I believe working out daily is non-negotiable. If you didn’t work out today, then today was a failure. Both your physical and mental strength weaken. No amount of wealth can fix that.

Skool is amazing because we’re all learning new things daily—about business, money, and life. You’re learning more here than you’ve ever learned in any program before. You’re probably working harder than ever, pushing yourself beyond your previous limits. You’re in the thick of it, the chaos. You’re climbing the mountain, fighting through a blizzard of endless tasks and challenges. But even in the midst of all this, you can’t let the chaos take your health away.

I’ve been close to losing it myself. There were days when I got caught up in the chaos and didn’t work out. On those days, I failed. That’s why, from my own experience, I’m telling you: no matter how busy things get, you need to make time for your health. It’s more important than anything else.

When you reach the top of the mountain—when you’ve finally conquered all the challenges and look back at the journey—you don’t want to be up there without your health. I want you to reach that peak looking strong, like Hercules, having achieved both success and well-being.

Some people might say, “Well, that’s impossible—I don’t have time to work out.” But I promise you, you could have found the time to do both. If you truly prioritize it, you’ll find a way to fit it in. Working out doesn’t have to take away from your work; it can complement it. If it’s important enough, you will make the time.
