Daily Routine for Skool Owners
When I began my Skool journey, I was unsure how to allocate my time effectively. What tasks should I prioritize? Where should my focus be? There was so much to do, but not enough hours in the day. It felt overwhelming. However, after immersing myself in a lot of Hormozi’s content, I developed a daily routine that helped me win the skool games.
// → Part 1: The 3-Hour Rule ←
Dedicate the first 3 hours of your workday to generating traffic.
Your time is precious. If it’s spent on the wrong tasks, no amount of effort will yield results. Reserve the first 3 hours of each day for one activity guaranteed to grow your business: making your group visible.
// → Part 2: The 5-9 Rule (for those with a 9-5 job) ←
If you work a traditional 9-5, follow "The 5-9 Rule."
Use the hours of 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. to focus on traffic generation before your job starts and the hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for the same purpose after work.
// → Part 3: The Rule of 100 ←
If you're unsure how to increase traffic, adopt “The Rule of 100.”
Ads: $100 daily
Outreach: 100 contacts daily
Content: 100 minutes of content creation daily
Engagement: 100 comments daily
Focus on just one traffic source. As Hormozi says, "Seven figures is just one avatar, one product, one channel."
// → Part 4: Calls and Customers ←
Priority 1: Group Management and Customer Success
The key to a thriving business is retaining customers. Adding 100 new customers monthly but losing 99 will slow your growth. But, if you gain and retain even 10 customers a month, your growth rate multiplies. Customer Success is crucial, whether for a free or paid group. Engage through posts, courses, comments, and calls.
Pro tip: Treating free members as you would paying members can lead them to become paying customers.
Priority 2: Sales Calls
The best indicator of business success is the number of Sales Calls booked. Make sure to schedule Sales Calls outside your first 3 hours.
// SUMMARY:
The 3-Hour Rule: Spend the first 3 hours of your day on traffic generation.
The 5-9 Rule: If you have a 9-5, start early or work late on driving traffic.
The Rule of 100: Commit to 100 actions daily to boost traffic.
Calls and Customers: Use the rest of your time for sales calls and customer success.
Add this routine to your calendar
(P.S. You’ll likely see increased earnings if you work on weekends.)
